· With loan availment under LCAP program in the last 2 years

· 100% repayment (present and previous loans)

· No past due from external creditors

· CAMELS above 3.0 (RFIs only)

A. Human Resource Development Program

Provision of or participation to at least 3 training modules for staff

Microentrepreneur Level

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

· The micro-entrepreneur nominee/s should have passed at least in the third (3rd) loan cycle under the NLDC LCAP program

· Nominee should be an active client of MFI with a repayment record of 100% for current and previous loans

· The enterprise/livelihood activity managed by the nominee should be operating for at least two (2) years as of December 2011

· Nominee should have a positive track record in the community

· Nominee should be 18 years old and above
