INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TO BID

The National Livelihood Development Corporation now invites letters of intent from potential Bidders to apply for eligibility and short listing for INTERIOR FURNISHING OF NATIONAL LIVELIHOOD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (NLDC) Office. The deadline for submission of eligibility documents shall be on or before May 12 (Wednesday), 2010.

Eligibility requirements:

A.    ( to be submitted on pre-qualification conference)

 ·            Letter of Intent

 ·            Company profile

 ·            DTI Registration

 ·            Current Business Mayor’s Permit

 ·            Certificate of Registration of Business Name or SEC registration certificate

 ·            VAT Registration Certificate

 ·            Financial Statements for the last two (2) years

 ·            Statement of Ongoing, and Completed projects

 
B.      ( to be submitted after pre-qualification conference)

       ·            Interior Design proposal with complete technical specifications

This Bidding shall be governed by the implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”, and its implementing rules and regulations

The NLDC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to waive any defect or deficiency in the eligibility and bid documents and to reject any or all proposals, or declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract, and make no assurance that a contract shall be entered as a result of this invitation, or to award the contract to any bidder whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the government.
