NLDC Signs Performance Agreement for 2015 with GCG

The National Livelihood Development Corporation (NLDC) successfully negotiated its targets for 2015 with the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) in a Performance Agreement Negotiations (PAN) held last December 9, 2014 from 2:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon at the GCG Office. The GCG exercises oversight function over all GOCCs and annually assesses their performance.

Approved during the PAN were the revised strategic map of NLDC, twelve (12) strategic objectives and nineteen (19) strategic measures (performance indicators) under five perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard Approach namely Social Impact, Customers/Stakeholders, Finance, Internal Processes, and Learning and Growth.

The GCG also approved an NLDC request, communicated to GCG last July 2014, to renegotiate three of its performance indicators for 2014, namely the targets on collection efficiency and total loans released, and the completion date for the ISO Certification.
